The prices for our STANDARD Custom and In-Stock covers do not include beams or strength upgrades. CUSTOM Covers, depending on size and or geographic region may require Beams or Heavier grade panels and posts. These upgrades will be priced to you at the time we provide a

Obtaining necessary permits and load ratings is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
