You may have incurred damages to your existing Patio Cover or Carport Roof from Strong winds, Heavy Snow Loads, etc, but the basic structure is still in good condition. Our replacement tops can save you $100's of dollars and more importantly allow you to easily re-install a new top. These tops feature:

Fascia gutter on four sides available in 7 great colors.

Durable and Beautiful baked on enamel finish.

Our kit includes the following:

3-inch Insulated panels.

Receiver channel.

Gutter fascia.

Screws, tar tape and drains scuppers.

The purchase of a top system assumes that you, our customer, accept the responsibility of meeting all local engineering codes and specs. These units do not come with screws to mount your unit to the house wall or fascia. Downspouts not included.
